Welcome to the City of Los Angeles
L.A.… City of Angels… City of Devils… City of Anarchs… The City of Freedom… The City of Lost Angels, as we know it, was teetering on the brink of war once again with the Camarilla being driven out. It left gateways for the Sabbat, the Asian vampires and the Werewolves to begin making their move into the city limits once again. Assassinations of major Anarch leaders had been happening, allowing the various gangs that were faltering to hold together and face old enemies yet again. Rumors were that the Camarilla had organized these assassinations in retaliation of the death of several of their Kindred who had remained in the city. The blame, of course, placed solely on the Anarch leaders for those deaths.
Without warning, as the city was on the brink of obliteration, two Elders of unlikely alliance landed amidst the fray. Their arrival forced the Werewolves to flee via hefty bounties placed on their furry heads. The Sabbat fled the city and the Asians returned to Chinatown. The stories that circulate on how this came to pass are as numerous as the number of Anarchs who still live in L.A. Some say that these two Elders had ties to the Sabbat and Asian Kindred. Others say they killed key members in both Enemy camps, other still say that Perhaps they are involved with each sect in some way, and there are even more stories since no one knows the truth of what exactly happened. They do know that since they have arrived, no Camarilla Kindred have set foot into the city, no Sabbat has attacked anyone, the Asian Kindred seem happy to hold the Domain they still retain and no more deaths of any Anarch has occurred without just cause.
These two Ancients, Viper and Wolf, are building a new PowerBase , based on modified rules and laws of those they left behind. Unconventionally, they have added two new Primogen seats solely for the Anarch's and Ravnos. Needless to say, their actions have the rest of Kindred society concerned.
Since laying claim to the city, they have set up Elysium in a refurbished, old warehouse , that is a High Goth Club and mecca of debuachery. Of course, anything goes as they say. At least until you, by chance, happen to cross their path in your misadventures. Simply put, respect their laws ,rules, personage and no harm shall come to you. Screw up and you may very well find yourself perusing the confines of a reinforced greenhouse on the rooftop. It holds the ancient vines of a venerable and prized vineyard and will gladly contain any transgressor until sunrise. The ashes of a Kindred's remains make for a wonderful full-bodied flavor in their signature wine.

Recent News: As the Ocean's Tide changes so does the lives of those who live inside The City of Lost Angels. A new Prince has risen from in the city, by the name of BeoWulf Demoire the once loyal Seneschal for the two Ancients who took the city in the beginning. What else has changed or will change is anyone's guess but there are rumors that the Two Powerful Kindred who began this new Regime watch from high above, overseeing the club where the dark seat of power remains grounded. If in doubt if the same rules as once oversaw this domain apply , it would be highly recommended to make oneself known to the knew Prince and find out for yourself.
